What procedures are available
Maxbpo makes available to its collaborators the Personal Data Protection Agreement together with the Personal Data Processing Procedures and its Annexes, which will be signed prior to the commencement of the collaboration relationship.
The purpose of collecting personal data in the case of natural or legal persons having a commercial or contractual relationship with Max Loads is the proper conduct of the specific transport, installation or other services of the company and relates to the acknowledgment of the taking over or handover of the goods carried , getting access for installation and billing.

How long do we keep your data
Personal data will be kept in a form that permits the identification of the data subjects for a period not exceeding the time required for the purposes for which the data are processed.
Personal data will be deleted at the time of termination of the collaboration relationship or when the legal obligation to preserve it expires.
What rights do you have on your data?
You have the right to object, access, rectify, delete, restrict and portability the data, but also to address with a complaint to the competent authority. How do we protect your data?
Personal data are physically stored in the Company’s archive, in locked-keyed cabinets and accessible to persons designated in Appendix 2 of the Agreement, and electronically on the company’s secure antivirus server, to a file accessible only to the administrator and the officer in charge of personal data protection;
In exceptional cases, persons providing technical support may have access to personal data during the intervention, only in the presence of a user designated by the operator.
